All you need to know about integrating theMarketer with Merchant Pro

theMarketer and MerchantPro work hand in hand to help you simplify marketing, automate smarter, and turn more visitors into loyal customers. From effortless contact sync to advanced personalization options like adding products to cart straight from your emails, the integration is designed to boost results without adding complexity.

Here’s how to connect theMarketer with MerchantPro and start building your success.

1. Connect your Merchant Pro store to theMarketer

After creating your account in theMarketer, you’ll be guided through the setup process. Start by selecting ‘MerchantPro’ from the list of available platforms.

You’ll then need to install theMarketer module inside your MerchantPro store. The step-by-step installation guide will walk you through everything you need.

Once installed, head to the App Store page in your MerchantPro account, scroll down to the ‘Marketing’ section, click theMarketer module, press the ‘INSTALEAZA APLICATIA’ button, and copy over the three unique keys generated during theMarketer onboarding: Tracking KEY, REST KEY, and Customer ID.

Once you’ve installed theMarketer App in Merchant Pro, switch back to theMarketer app and click ‘Next’. The system will test the connection, and your product feed will be imported in just a few minutes.

2. Set up your brand profile

To ensure your campaigns match your store’s look and feel, click ‘Import my brand’. theMarketer will automatically retrieve your logo, fonts, brand colors, and button styles directly from your website.

If anything is missing, you can manually customize them later in ‘Settings’ > ‘Website profile’.

3. Import your contacts

Now it’s time to import your subscriber list. You can do this by copy-pasting contacts, uploading a .CSV file, or transferring data from other platforms you’ve used before. Once your contacts are in, click ‘Next’ to continue.

4. Validate your domain

To guarantee smooth email delivery and reinforce your brand’s security, domain validation is essential. If you use Cloudflare, validation is automatic and takes just a few seconds.

If you don’t use Cloudflare, theMarketer will provide the DNS records you’ll need to add manually within your domain provider’s settings. Once you’ve completed this step, click ‘Validate domain’.

5. Add your team and complete the onboarding

You can now invite your team members to theMarketer, assigning them different access levels depending on their roles. You’ll also have the option to watch a short introductory video to get familiar with the platform.

And… you’re done!

Your MerchantPro store is now connected to theMarketer, which means you’re ready to send campaigns, automate key processes, and deliver personalized messages that help drive conversions and long-term growth.

To enable the product add-to-cart functionality directly from your newsletters, open theMarketer’s email editor and insert a product block. In the block settings, expand the ‘Action Button’ section and select ‘Add product to cart’ from the dropdown.

When your campaign is sent, any subscriber who clicks the button will have the product automatically added to their cart and be redirected to the checkout page. This seamless interaction helps increase conversion rates by reducing friction and the time needed to complete eachpurchase.

theMarketer features dozens of customizable pop-up and landing page templates, including both classic and gamified designs. Whether you want to grow your subscriber base, promote discounts, or improve customer retention, you can easily tailor each element to match your brand, with no technical skills required.
