Generally, SMS campaigns are more difficult to track, because most of the time they do not include URLs that can be followed by our system.
In order to monitor the orders that result from an SMS campaign sent with theMarketer, be it a bulk SMS campaign or an SMS in Automation, we analyze all orders received by your store and the phone numbers of the customers who have placed the order.
The interval which is checked, also called the Conversion window, is set by default to 2 days. You can change the default conversion window by navigating to Settings -> SMS, then editing the number of days in the Conversion Window section.
If an order is placed from a phone number that received an SMS sent with theMarketer during the conversion window, then that order will be considered and reported as a transaction in your campaign report.
