1. Open the email editor
Whether you're creating a newsletter campaign or editing an email as part of an automated flow, the first step is to access the email editor.
On the right-hand side of the screen, you’ll find the ‘Content’ tab. This is where you can drag and drop elements into your email.

2. Add an Image block
To insert your banner or GIF, grab the ‘Image’ block from the Content tab and drop it wherever you’d like it to appear in your email.
3. Upload your custom banner or GIF
A new window will appear, allowing you to upload your image. Click the ‘Upload’ button.

Pick the file from your computer and once uploaded, click ‘Select’ to confirm your choice. Your banner or GIF will now appear in your email layout.

4. Adjust and customize your banner or GIF
Once your image is in place, you can move, duplicate, delete, or save it using the in-line options. Alternatively, you can edit it using the options under the ‘Settings’ tab on the right-hand side.
To replace the banner or GIF, click the ‘Choose image’ button and select a new file.

5. Add a hyperlink (optional)
If you want your banner or GIF to be clickable, simply type the desired URL into the ‘Image link’ field.

6. Fine-tune the display settings
Customize the look of your banner or GIF with additional settings, such as:
- Alignment – Position the image to the left, center, or right (or click the toggle button to make it full width).
- Padding – Adjust the blank space around the image for better spacing.
- Border radius – Round the corners of the image for a softer look.
- Custom width and height – Determine the size of your banner or GIF to fit your email’s design.
- Mobile/Desktop display settings – Choose whether the banner or GIF should appear on mobile, desktop, or both.
