How to add SMS credit

In order to send bulk SMS campaigns or use SMS in Automation, you must first top up your SMS credit. This can be done in multiple ways:

• When creating a bulk SMS campaign, on the right-hand side you will find the Summary section. Here, you can click the Add more credit link under the Credit section, which will then give you the credit packages available for purchase
• Alternatively, you can navigate to the Settings -> SMS section. In the Remaining credit section, you can click Add credit button, which will then give you the credit packages available for purchase

We also offer the possibility to automatically top-up your SMS credit. When first adding SMS credit, you can enable the toggle for Auto top-up. Simply edit the amount you want to be automatically added to your credit, for example, 50 EUR, and the minimum credit required to trigger the automatic top-up, for example, 5 EUR. This means that when your available SMS credit will drop below 5 EUR, our system will automatically debit your primary credit card with 50 EUR.

Enabling Auto top-up is especially useful when you use SMS in Automation, helping you ensure that your automations don’t stop working.
