How to edit SMS quiet hours

Depending on the laws and regulations in your country, commercial SMS messages might be prohibited during certain time intervals.

By default, theMarketer does not send any SMS messages, be it bulk SMS campaigns or SMS messages from Automation between 10 PM and 9 AM for all timezones. SMS messages that are scheduled within this interval are automatically postponed and sent at 9 AM.

If you want to edit the Quiet hours interval, you can do so by navigating to Settings -> SMS, then changing the From and To hours in the Quiet hours section. Please keep in mind that this change falls under your own responsibility, and you will be liable should your SMS campaigns violate local laws and regulations. Thus, before editing the Quiet hours interval, please make sure that it is allowed to send SMS messages in your target countries during the respective interval.
