theMarketer provides different pricing options in order to help you get started easily. No matter if you’re a new business, or you are already working with a significant number of contacts, we have options that are suitable for any business and marketing needs.

Here are the main terms and concepts you will encounter when first choosing your plan. Understanding these will help you to choose the right plan for your business.
Contact
A contact is an individual member of your audience, who can be identified by either email address or phone number. For example, you can have SMS contacts, who don’t have an associated email address, or email and / or Loyalty program contacts, who don’t have a phone number.
Contact count
This refers to the total number of unique Email, SMS and Loyalty program contacts. The maximum contact count is taken into account for the price of your plan. Unsubscribed and cleaned contacts are not taken in to account in the billing process.
Seats
Seats represent the number of users who can be given access to your account. The access levels include the following: administrator (granting full privileges), editor (which only allows the user to create campaigns), and read only. The number of seats depends on the plan you choose.
Types of Marketing plans
theMarketer offers four main types of pricing plans: Free, Standard, E-commerce and E-commerce PRO. Each of the plans is designed to meet specific business and marketing needs.
When choosing a subscription plan, you’ll have to choose how many contacts you will store in theMarketer. The number of contacts you choose will place you in one of the pricing tiers that determine your monthly bill.
Free
The Free plan is a perfect choice for businesses that are at the beginning of their journey or aim to grow their audience. It can also be used simply to create campaigns and test out theMarketer’s tools and features.
The Free plan includes up to 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails sent per month.

Standard
The Standard plan is the best choice for non-e-commerce businesses that aim to improve their relationship with their clients.
At the lower end of the spectrum the price accounts for 500 contacts, increasing with your contact count. With the Standard plan, you can store up to 600,000 contacts.

E-commerce
The E-commerce plan is designed for emerging online shops looking to grow their business.
As with the Standard plan, the price for the E-commerce plan starts at the 500-contact limit, increasing with your contact count, up to 600,000 contacts.
