What is theMarketer best specific time?

Each and every one of your subscribers is unique. This means the way they open and purchase from an email campaign is also particular.

At theMarketer, we analyze individual behaviors and we take into account the actions of all subscribers across all platform users in order to detect specific patterns. This enables us to identify the best time within 24 hours when users are more likely to open and make a purchase from your email marketing campaigns.

To use theMarketer best specific time when scheduling your email campaigns, you can follow these steps.

  • When scheduling your campaign, select ‘Send later’.
  • Choose the ‘Send at a specific time’ option
  • Click to enable the ‘Let theMarketer help identify best specific time’ toggle button (blue).

When this option is enabled, you will see the optimal time determined by our platform, which is the average time for opening and buying across all subscribers of all theMarketer users.

Please note that if the time you have reached the campaign scheduling step is past the optimal time, you will need to schedule your campaign for the next day.

For example, if you’ve reached the campaign scheduling step at 15:05 and the best specific time determined by the platform is 13:40, if you want to proceed with this scheduling option your campaign will be sent the following day at 13:40.
