How can I cancel my subscription?

We’re sad to see you go, but, if you want to cancel your subscription, you need to follow these steps. Navigate to Settings -> Billing details. In the Subscription management section, click on the Manage subscription link.

Depending on your needs, we offer 3 possibilities:

  • Downgrade to Free: if you still want to use theMarketer, you can downgrade to the Free plan. Keep in mind that the contact limit for the Free plan is 1,000, so before or (after you) downgrade your subscription, you will need to delete contacts to fall below the 1,000 contact limit.   • Pause billing: if your business is simply going through a rough patch or is affected by seasonality, you can choose to pause billing for up to 3 months. Pausing your billing means that all sending capabilities and functionalities will be disabled. When the pause period expires, we will automatically charge your monthly subscription. If the payment is successful, your account will be back to normal, with all its functionalities.
  • Cancel subscription: if you want to permanently cancel your subscription, please choose this option. Keep in mind that your subscription will remain active until the end of the payment period, then your account will be closed. Also, your entire database, including contacts, products, and orders will be deleted once your account is closed. Find out here how to export your contacts before canceling your subscription.
